During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to various attractions and amenities. The room amenities were top-notch, with a wide range of facilities such as ironing facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The complimentary toiletries provided were of high quality, and I appreciated the electric kettle for my morning cup of tea. The room itself was well-appointed, with an am/fm alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The carpeted floors added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.

Despite the overall positive experience, there was one minor issue with the window closing system. During my stay, the weather was quite chilly, and the non-closed window caused a slight inconvenience.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the air conditioning was a bit finicky and the room got too cold at times.

We were pleasantly surprised by the English, speaking receptionists who were very helpful and made our check, in process smooth. the internet connection was excellent, with both cable and wireless options available. the Deluxe room we booked exceeded our expectations, with two comfortable king size beds and a well, fitted bathroom. the hotel provided a wide variety of amenities, from toiletries to stationery, and the fruit plate delivery was a nice touch.
